All
rules are still enforced except point 2. Breaking
the rules will result in a kick, temp-ban, all the way up to
perma-ban

- Griefing other player bases, player shops, player facilities, player claimed area/land, community facilities and spawn area will result in a perma-ban. Anything other than those mentioned places are up to you, you can do whatever as long as the land hasn't been claimed.

- Playing in alliance/group/squad. Each teams determine their own road map

- Prank is allowed as long as no server lag or losing victim items

- Each teams must have a shop to sell something (can be anything, even land or service). Players are free to use these following ways to open a shop:

- Using conventional style, slap chests and signs. Let the buyer do the trade on their own*

- Using shopkeeper plugin. Use /shopkeeper give command and follow this guide how to set it up**

- Standard payment method for transactions is diamond. Anything other than diamond or diamond block (like barter) have to be confirmed and discussed between buyer and seller

- Standard communication methods are using voice chat mod group/proximity and Minecraft in-game chat

- Any announcements or news about server are in spawn area. Zerrium only announces in Discord if it is urgent like critical security issue

- Stronghold, Enderman farm and the End main island are part of community facility and can't be claimed

- Spawn area from (-500, -64, -500) to (500, 319, 500) in overworld is used for community events, information boards, leader boards, announcements/news, advertisements and mail box. Spawn area is also can't be claimed

- Nether highway (at Z=0 and X=0) is also part of community facility and the standard to build it: 5 blocks wide with packed ice at the center and wall (1 block thick) at most left and right side on bedrock

- To prevent land over claiming practice, we have agreed to use Fair Claim Policy (FCP) system to limit maximum amount of claimed area and maximum size of claimed area based on number of players in a team:

Solo: 2 area, 200,000 sq blocks
2 players: 3 area, 250,000 sq blocks
3 or more: 3 area, 300,000 sq blocks

Solo: 4 area, 400,000 sq blocks
2 players: 6 area, 500,000 sq blocks
3 or more: 6 area, 600,000 sq blocks
*) Admincraft (Zerrium and LBR23) are NOT responsible for any crime happened to your conventional shop (like shop lifting and item stolen). Admincraft are ONLY responsible for moderation if your shop is griefed.
**) If the plugin is broken, behaving incorrectly or unexpected like item gone or diamond missing, report to Discord server and Admincraft will check server log history to verify and refund the missing item from 30 minutes, up to 1 week.
Refund verification is NOT guaranteed, but have higher chance of approval by giving solid evidence and explaination step by step what you did and how to reproduce.
Guaranteed if it is admincraft mistake or server incident like data corruption as long as you report.
